Music Lessons in Dover
When you grow up surrounded by musical instruments, you can take it for granted that it is normal. However, that is not the case as I learned later in my school years. I was fortunate to have been raised in a home with a piano and many other musical instruments. Every family member made their choice as to what they would like to learn how to play. Our options were not limited to what we had. We got to pick the instrument of our choice and it found its way into our instrument inventory.
I would like to share the wealth of musical knowledge that I have acquired through the years and invite you to delve into this creative land of music with me.
My mother purchased a 1966 Gerhard Heintzman Studio piano when I was young and began giving music lessons to many young eager students from our neighbourhood. I have followed her example in the past, and am returning to my musical roots as it is time for me to pass on my own musical knowledge.

My Musical History
I grew up in a very musical family. I learned piano with various teachers throughout my life, starting with my mother. I took up trumpet when I was in grade 6 and played it through college and well into my adult years. I have been a part of many small brass groups, and several different orchestras and bands, most notably, the Calgary Stampede Band while I was in High School. I've also spent time learning the French horn and flute. Music has always been a major part of my life experience.
My Mission is to Make Music Available to all those in my community who have a desire to learn. Piano lessons are foundational to understanding the world of music. Learn a new language! The language of Music.
